  1. What is the Returns policy?

    Surmawala has a convenient returns policy for our valued customers.

    1. If the product is faulty at the time of delivery, you can return it immediately with our appointed delivery partner.


    2. If the product stops working within the warranty period, you can claim the warranty at the relevant brand/manufacturer customer center.


    3. If you do not like the product that has been delivered to you and want to change it, Surmawala allows you to do so within 5 days of delivery. Return shipping transport and cost will be borne by the customer.

    1. Thank you for visiting our website to buy products
    2. Search our extensive database to find a product you want
    3. Fill out the booking order form
    4. Select a payment option from the two available options:

    a. COD (Cash On delivery) Where Payment is made in cash after the order is delivered at your doorstep.

    b. Bank Transfer - Payment is made through bank transfer before; we deliver you the ordered product.

    5. Our representative will call to verify and confirm the order
    6. Depending on the payment type you have selected:

    a. Your product will be booked and will be delivered to your doorstep after being confirmed by a telephonic conversation from our authorized representative.

    b. An email with your order details and bank account details will be sent to the email address you mention while ordering. After payment, you will need to send us a picture/scan of the bank deposit slip to our watsapp number 03218757226 and email us at [email protected]for other queries and details, and then only your item will be dispatched.
