3. What if the product I want is not available on the website?

4. Are all products available online available on all branches of Surmawala Electronics?

Surmawala has a vast network of display centers and branches all over the country, but it is possible that the product you want is not available on a branch near you. To avoid any inconvenience, please confirm your item’s availability when our representative calls you after you have placed your order. If a product you ordered is not available on a branch in your city, the delivery time will vary.

a. COD (Cash On delivery) Where Payment is made in cash after the order is delivered at your doorstep.

b. Bank Transfer - Payment is made through bank transfer before; we deliver you the ordered product.

5. Our representative will call to verify and confirm the order
6. Depending on the payment type you have selected:

a. Your product will be booked and will be delivered to your doorstep after being confirmed by a telephonic conversation from our authorized representative.

b. An email with your order details and bank account details will be sent to the email address you mention while ordering. After payment, you will need to send us a picture/scan of the bank deposit slip to our watsapp number 03218757226 and email us at payment@surmawala.pkfor other queries and details, and then only your item will be dispatched. 6. What are the payment options?

We offer two payment options for the purchase of product from our online store.

1. Cash on delivery .Once you have place your order, you will now receive a confirmation call of the same from us. An authorized representative thereby will confirm all the details that you have mentioned in our online portal. After the acknowledgement of the placed order the product will be lined up for its delivery and once your order is delivered at your door step you will then be asked to pay the cash.
2. Bank Transfer - Customer has to deposit the amount to one of the bank accounts mentioned in the email that is sent to the customer after order placement. After depositing the money into the account, a scan copy or photo of the deposit slip must be sent to our watsapp number 03218757226 and email us at payment@surmawala.pkfor other queries and details. A confirmation call will confirm your order, and your item(s) will be dispatched at your door step.

8. What is the Returns policy?

Surmawala has a convenient returns policy for our valued customers.

1. If the product is faulty at the time of delivery, you can return it immediately with our appointed delivery partner.
2. If the product stops working within the warranty period, you can claim the warranty at the relevant brand/manufacturer customer center.
3. If you do not like the product that has been delivered to you and want to change it, Surmawala allows you to do so within 5 days of delivery. Return shipping transport and cost will be borne by the customer.

9.How do I track my order?

After our representative has called and confirmed your order, your item will be assigned a tracking number. This will be used to track your order status, from the official website of our delivery partner. An email notification with complete details of your tracking information, and where to track your order will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of order.

10. Do you accept Visa Debit/ Credit Cards?

Currently we have only two payment options available. COD ( Cash on delivery) and Bank Transfer.

11. Are there any Advance Payment conditions?

No, both our payment methods require full payments.

12. What are the delivery charges?

Shipping and transportation rates vary depending on the destination of the order and are additionally in view of the weight and measurements (Width x height x breadth) of the product ordered. 18.  How is the quality of the products at Surmawala Electronics?

We always quality check our products before placing them in our showroom/web portal. Moreover all the offered products on our web portal come with brand official warranty. Do note, however, that there may be a slight difference between the color on-screen and the color of the actual product due to monitor quality and/or the environment lighting when the photo was taken.

19. I am a shopkeeper/retailer/distributor. Can I order from here?

21.  By what means will I know that you have got my Order request?
