Orient Appliances Warranty Guidelines

Orient LED TV

This warranty is effective under following terms and conditions only:

Warranty is Valid
  • This warranty will be valid only if the TV was in use of the original buyer and the warranty card was duly and completely filled and stamped by the authorized dealer.
  • This warranty card is non-transferable. The warranty will not be valid in case of overwriting.
  • Any warranty claim will not be entertained if the card was not registered within 15 days from the date of purchase of the Orient TV at our head office.
  • To claim the warranty, customer should have the original receipt in hand.
  • One month after the purchase of the Orient TV the customer will have to pay the service charges.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide proper voltage and check the electrical wiring before operating the Orient TV. Any defect because of improper power supply, electric fluctuations, high/low voltage, use of substandard electrical wring or voltage stabilizers, mishandling or usage against the reasonably anticipated use will make this warranty void.
  • It is also the buyer's responsibility to place and use the Orient TV as per operating instructions /manual.
Warranty is Invalid

The Warranty will become null and void in case the Orient TV was given to an unauthorized service centre or repairing.

  • Claims made within the terms and conditions of the warranty will only be entertained after detailed checking and analysis ol the Orient TV by the authorized/certilied technicians of the Company. The customer will have to bear the cost of Transportation to and from the Company's service centre.
  • The Company and the customer agree that there will be no complete replacement of the Orient TV whatsoever. Only claims within terms and conditions of the warranty will be entertained.
  • In case of warranty claim Company's decision will be final.
  • All correspondence regarding claims should be made to the head office of the Company.
  • The Company and Ihe customer agree to Ihe jurisdiction of courts (Lahore only) in case of any legal dispute.

Warranty instructions

Orient TVs are made to the highest standard and are supreme in performance. This warranty provides one time replacement of faulty parts within one year from the date of purchase (excluding buttons, switches, controls, and other related parts). In case of service labor charges and cost of transportation will be borne by the customer.

ORIENT Refrigerators

Warranty instructions

Orient Refrigerators are made to the highest standard and are supreme in performance. This warranty covers one time free replacement, within 3 years from the date of purchase of faulty compressor (if confirmed by the technical staff) with a new/functional compressor. This warranty also provides one time replacement of other parts within one year from the date of purchase (excluding cabinets, vent covers, buttons, switches, parts made of plastic, glass or rubber). In case of service labor charges and cost of transportation will be borne by the customer.

Warranty is Valid
  • This warranty will be valid only if the Refrigerator was in use of the original buyer and the warranty card was duly and completely filled and stamped by the authorized dealer.
  • This warranty card is non-transferable. The warranty card will not be valid in case of overwriting.
  • Any warranty claim will not be entertained if the card was not registered within 15 days from the date of purchase of the Refrigerator at our head office.
  • One month after the purchase of the Refrigerator the customer will have to pay the service charges.
  • The buyer will be responsible for the charges of compressor gas (if needed) after one year from the date of purchase of the Refrigerator.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide proper voltage and check the electrical wiring before installing the Refrigerator. Any defect because of improper power supply, electric fluctuations, high/low voltage, use of substandard electrical wiring or voltage stabilizers, mishandling or usage against the reasonably anticipated use will make this warranty void.
  • It is also the buyer's responsibility to place and install the Refrigerator as per operating instructions/manual.
  • No claim will be entertained for any part of the Refrigerator which had been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or breakage.
Warranty is Invalid
  • The Warranty will become null and void in case the Refrigerator was given to an unauthorized service centre for repairing.
  • Claims made within the terms and conditions of the warranty will only be entertained after detailed checking and analysis of the Refrigerator by the authorized/certified technicians of the Company.
