Refund and Warranty

We understand that our valued customers have concerns over products, hence we make sure we provide them with reliable product warranties as well as return policies. Following are details of our return policies and the warranties that our partner brands provide with their different products.

PRODUCT WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

  • All products available on our store comes with 12 months’ manufacturer warranty. The warranty can be claimed from any relevant manufacturer authorized service center all over Pakistan.
  • Product without Warranty: In case the product is without warranty it can be communicated at time of confirming order. It will also be displayed along with product on our website. It's the responsibility of the customer to check the product for any fault or issue when it is delivered by courier company representative.
  • Product Damaged in Transit: In case the product received is in damaged condition, Customer should call customer care helpline 021-111-178-762 or write to us on support@surmawala.pk within 24 hours of the receipt of the product to register a formal complaint. Our logistic partner will collect the damaged product. After examination we will ship a new product to customer.
  • Product not working: In case the product is not working, customer has to report the fault to the nearest service center of manufacturer.
  • Warranty is void if: The product is exposed to any liquid or moisture, the item is broken, the circuits are burnt due to variable voltages, the warranty seal is missing/damaged, during the service repairs, the item is found water damaged/burnt or has been opened/serviced by someone other than Manufacturer Customer Care Center.
  • Warranty Exclusions: Damages caused by any additional equipment or non-genuine components.
  • For Warranty claim: Manufacturer Customer Care Center will check any damages or unauthorized repair by opening product.
  • Preservation: The card with serial no. must be preserved during the whole warranty-period.
  • Within the warranty: In case of manufacturing fault/defects that cannot be fixed, only main module or main PCB will be replaced.
  • Repair TAT (Turn Around Time): Due to any technical or unforeseen reasons, the delivery of product may be delayed.
  • Warranty card: Customer will be required to present warranty card when handing over product for repair or maintenance under warranty. Manufacturer Customer Care Center is authorized to record any remarks or the status or repair history on this warranty card.
