- 25% Advance Before Start Of Work & Then Remaning Installment Upto 24 Months. (For Installment)

- 25% Advance Payment, 50% Payment After 70% Of Work, Remaining 25% After Completion Of Project. (For Cash)

- The quotation shall remain valid for a period not less than 07 days after the fixed deadline for submission of quotations.

- The quotation rates may very according to the market rates at the time of starting the project.s.
